    By supplying your material according to these guidelines, you ensure smooth production and the best possible end result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If necessary, we will review the material before printing and assist with any corrections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    GENERAL GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    File format<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Please submit your materials primarily in PDF format<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The page size must be the same as the size of the finished product<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Colors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Recommendation: CMYK color mode<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • RGB files also work, but the colors may differ in the printed product <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Images and Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Digital printing: 300 dpi<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Large image: 150 dpi<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Fonts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Fonts must be either:\n
              \n
            • embed<\/strong> into a PDF fileor<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • convert to outlines <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Here’s how to ensure that fonts display correctly in all situations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              CUTTING MARGINS AND SAFETY ZONE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Cutting allowances are one of the most common causes of errors in data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Bleed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Add a 3 mm bleed<\/strong> to each edge if the background or image extends all the way to the edge <\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The background or image must extend beyond the final size<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Safety Zone (Inner Margin)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                Keep important content far enough from the edge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Recommendation: 3\u20135 mm from the edges<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Applies to:\n
                    \n
                  • texts <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • logos <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • important elements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    This ensures that no content is cut off<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        • Add an extra 10 cm<\/strong> to the bottom edge of the material <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • This part remains hidden inside the device <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          • Finished size: 85 \u00d7 200 cm <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Dimensions: 85 \u00d7 210 cm <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                            The background color or image should continue into the hidden portion as well<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            CUTTING PATHS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                            For contour cutting, the file must contain separate cutting paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            Implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            • In vector format <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Marked with a spot color <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Clearly labeled (e.g., \u201cCut\u201d) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                              • Use different spot colors for different functions:\n

                                • cross-section <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                • scratching <\/li>\n\n\n\n

                                • Keep the cut paths on their own layers <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                  If you’re not sure about the technical aspects of your file, you can also submit it as is\u2014we’ll check it before printing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
